? 
That's all I can find online.

Alex from Trello Support here! @Stephen Wright _Elabor8_ is correct, billing issues aren't supported by the Community so highly recommend contacting us. That being said, I'm not aware of us running any design workshops and I'm not sure who's being billed here, Trello or @Lucas Prater. Definitely need more info here!
