What can I do if I have students I want to see a project and move stories on a Sprint board?

I am a computer science professor and I love Jira for my projects. I have 65 students spread over 18 scrum teams. Each team working on a different project. What is the optimal and most cost effective way to give students the ability to see their scrum board and move and comment on stories without making them a user in Jira? Can I do that?

Most cost effective - request a discount via the Atlassian Classroom license https://www.atlassian.com/solutions/survey/classroom-license-request#/

You can't get away from making each of your 65 students licensed users, if you also want them to update stories. Creating Team-managed project is probably easiest, letting your students have more control over how the board functions.
