I have a problem to get my email verification for my external email domain for my organisation.
Ive check on my organisation server end. There's no email triggering or sending from attlassian end.
Do you guys can check on this matter since i urgently need to use jira software for my work.
I see you also created a support case over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/35/CA-1761570 where you disclosed the email address in question. I found that address was listed on a suppression list maintained by our Atlassian Cloud services. I have removed that entry from the lists. So you should be able to try again to send these invitations or other emails from our Cloud services to that address again.
