You can find the license details by following these instructions. Once a license key is entered, you will not see it but you will see some of the license details (i.e. Server ID). Also, the billing and technical contacts can see the license key from their MyAtlassian account. If those contacts are no longer with your organization, you can Contact Us with thier email addresses and/or Crucible Server ID and the sales team can locate and reassign the license to anyone you designate.
