Unable to create support ticket

When I try to create support request, I am getting the below responce. 

Tried from different browsers and devices. But no email received. 

Things are running a little slow at the moment. Don't worry, we still have your request! Expect a confirmation email from us shortly.

hi @rayyan ct , can you confirm that you are talking about an Atlassian support request here - Atlassian support. I know that there were issues opening support tickets earlier in the week so maybe related. How long has it been since you attempted this? Just wondered if the response given is accurate and the email is forthcoming.

You are right. 

I have been for the last two hours. But no success.

Is this a common issue, or something related to my account?
