Hi, since Monday 10th April I have been having issues when trying to log in to JIRA. See attachment above. Password has been reset but I cannot get past this screen after clicking on Log in.
I also tried to use my email address greg@classicinfo.com.au in lieu of User name greg, but screen then reverts back to user name greg. Your assistance is appreciated.

Hi Greg - Apologies if you have already ruled this out, but are you sure it is not your browser auto-fill overwriting your email and password details?
It look like maybe you are using Chrome, so you could follow the instructions here to delete auto-fill information, or temporarily turn it off.
If that's not it, then contact Atlassian support directly using this link: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and they should be pretty quick to help you.
