Someone who claims to be representing Atlassian is offering me a data entry job. Is it legit?

Almost certainly not.  It's not how Atlassian recruit, and although there is a boring essay on how they do it at varying levels, it's not worth it. 

There is a simple test - ask the person to give you the link to the job posting.  Atlassian now post almost all roles online (the exceptions being some very senior roles)

This looks like a scam.  Atlassian does not offer these kinds of roles, and Atlassian does not use the telegram service in any official capacity.  Our employment website can be found at https://www.atlassian.com/company/careers
