How can another person in my organization have an atlassian account created and see the same license information that I see and also open support tickets as needed?

If you go to my.atlassian.com you can add more technical contacts and billing contacts for your subscriptions and licenses.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If you go to Licenses you will see all that are associated with your account.
