Hello, I am having trouble accessing my atlassian account. when I first signed up our email server was having issues so I did not receive the verification email. The mail server is working now but when I try to send a password reset email it still isn't received

I did not locate any suppressions on your domain, but I have attempted to clear this from our side anyways. Could you try this again? If it's still not working please let me know the email address or Atlassian Account Id of the account in questions and I can investigate this further.

Ah, thanks, Yes there was a suppression on that account.
Seems there was a bounce message back from last week:

I have cleared this for that account and all others on that domain just now.
