Password Reset

Is there an option to reset the password for audience members or do you have to delete and recreate them?

I do not know what "audience members" are here. However, regarding Atlassian accounts, individual users must change their own passwords unless you have verified the domain of the associated instance which then allows the admin to manage the user accounts.
