Wwe have a support team service for an external customer. We provide the service with a Jira Cloud Solution.
Our client wants to be the owner of the Jira Instance. Not only pay for it but also manage all the settings . Is it possible to make this change ?
What should we do?
Is this process transparently for the final users?
