Not receiving verification emails

I'm having problems logging in to my account.  It asks for a verification email but I do not receive them.  I already added Atlassian IP addresses to my company GMail whitelist but still do not receive the verification email.  What other things can be done to resolve this?

Hi @rollie villaflor , welcome to the Community!

I've checked our mail delivery service using the email address listed in the ticket you previously opened with the billing & licensing team. There was a pause on delivery to that email address, as your company's mail server had previously returned this error:

error dialing remote address: dial tcp i/o timeout

I've cleared the pause on delivery from our mail service, so the verification codes should attempt to be delivered again. I would just suggest double-checking that the email address can receive messages from other services before trying to sign in again, as the pause will need to be cleared again if there are further errors from the receiving mail server.

Cheers,

Hi Rollie.

Did you try managing directly in administration page?
