Not receiving verification email

I'm trying to sign up for a new Atlassian account with my company's email address but I'm not receiving any verification email(s).

Could it be that the domain is blocked?

I've filed a support request (CA-1769167) but haven't received a response yet.

Hi @sun 

I found there was a bounced message to that address of

550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) []

I have removed this suppression entry for that email address.  Please try to resend the verification email now.

What do you mean by verification email? When you set up the site did you receive a URL to your instance. It should be in the following format and you can place your domain name that you used when setting it up. See if you can create that URL and access your instance.
