Not receiving new account confirmation email

From time to time, when we have new email accounts created for new hires, and thus invite them to join our Jira, the confirmation email wont arrive, and this happens to several email inboxes

From the admin side, the invitation is pending, but the user won´t receive that invitation nor the account confirmation email,

Apologies for the delay in response as you pinged me on a previous thread - just wanted to acknowledge here on this question that it appears that Support has sorted out the invitees from your domain!

Hi @Mario Tobar ,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

I am assuming you are in at least standard plan. Did you check with Atlassian Support and hear anything from them?
