So an email account hadn't finished getting created when the email verification was attempted to be sent.
Now any future attempts don't work. It has been several weeks and we had hoped the system would have "cleared" the bad account result out, but it hasn't.
The help on this section says to request support, but our (free) account doesn't allow to request support.
Any other way to clear out the bad account?

I found one user's email address on your domain on our email suppression list, due to a 550 error returned by your organization's mail server on July 30. The entry has been cleared out of the list now and further attempts to send invitations to that user should be delivered, assuming your mail server is now ready to receive messages for that user.
We do monitor Community for mentions of this issue, so asking like you did is the best way to get it resolved for Free sites.
