Not Recieving Verification Emails

I'm attempting to access a Jira board and Bitbucket for a project I've been added to, and when attempting to access any of the resources, I get a message stating i need to re-verify my account, but I'm not receiving any emails.

I've checked spam, i've attempted to update the email address but nothing appears to be going through.

Odd part, I did receive the 'Welcome to Community' email when went to post this question... so surely it's not the email address...

Any help appreciated

Hi there, welcome to the Community!

I've had a look at our email system and found that your organization appears to have blocked the IP addresses we're using with out email service provider for Jira and Bitbucket Cloud. The Community uses a separate mail relay, which is why you were able to receive the "Welcome to Community" email.

To remedy this, you'll need to contact your organization's email administrator and ask them to remove the block related to Atlassian Cloud. Your administrator should be familiar with doing this, but if a pointer is helpful, here are some instructions on removing blocks in Office 365 .

The response we get from your mail server is here, if your administrator requires it (IP address replaced by "a.b.c.d":

550 5.7.1 Service unavailable, Client host [a.b.c.d] blocked using Customer Block list AS(1420)

And here are the specific IP ranges Atlassian Cloud uses for outgoing email, from our Cloud IP ranges and domains listing :

167.89.0.0/17, 192.174.80.0/20, 147.253.208.0/20, 168.245.0.0/17, 34.211.27.137, 34.211.27.236, 34.213.22.229, 34.249.70.175, 34.251.56.38, 34.252.236.245, 52.51.22.205, 54.187.228.111, 34.209.119.136, 34.211.27.82, 34.212.5.76, 34.253.110.0, 34.253.57.155, 35.167.157.209, 35.167.7.36, 52.19.227.102, 52.24.176.31, 54.72.208.111, 54.72.24.111, 54.77.2.231

Cheers,
Daniel

Looks like that was the issue.

Thanks for the help!
