Need to grant admin access to my colleague

Hi,

My Colleague Sushant(sushant.jadhav@capgemini.com) and Poojitha (poojitha.a@capgemini.com) has recently joined Atlassian partner portal and I need to grant them Admin access so that they can view created by someone else from the team and can also provision the licenses. 

Requesting you to please share an easy step so that I can give my access level to both of them, as I am serving notice period and September would be my last month. 

Please look into this matter and let me know if any other details are required from our side, as we have been struggling to grant access from last 1 month and didn't got solution.

Please assist us asap for smooth transition.
