I can see that you have two accounts on the site, but it seems that you were able to log in today.
Atlassian account is a single sign-on, so the same account you use here, you can use to login to Jira and I can see that the email address you are using here in the community has permission in Jira.
If you are still facing this issue, please let us know the error you see when you try to log in.

I am still not able to login to my Jira cloud and getting the below error:
My email domain got changed and that's the reason. Could you able to give access to the below email id for JIRA Cloud?
I get the error as below for the same email id I have logged in here:

I can see that your old email that is invalid now is the only site admin of the site.
With this said, I created a ticket with our support on your behalf, so they can access your site and add your new account as the site admin.
