Managed Atlassian account from old job preventing access to Trello

I have an old Atlassian account that was managed by a former employer and it's preventing me from accessing Trello at my current job.

I tried creating another account with my current work email but when I try to log in with the second account I get trapped in an endless login loop.  I can reset the password, and have done several times, but I am unable to login to the second account.

Is there a way that I can remove all the accounts without having to go back to my old employer and start over?
