Lost access to my old email.

When I try to login through my another account, it asks me to change my password. It sends me an email to an address which I do not have access anymore... So, I cannot login to my account. How can I access to my old account?

Welcome to the Community!

I'm afraid that if you've lost access to an email address, you've barred yourself from being able to use anything it was used to access before.

You've got three things you could do:

  • Regain access to the email you had before
  • Ask your admins to change your account/email to another one
  • If you have a supported Atlassian system, raise a support request, they may be able to get the email changed on your Atlassian account
