As you are in OnDemand, you will need to raise an issue in https://support.atlassian.comfor us to verify the app. nav. plugin and make some tweaks. Meanwhile you can access the apps via:

JIRA: https://<Domain>.atlassian.net

Confluence: https://<Domain>.atlassian.net/wiki

Thanks Abdoulaye

Hi Michael,

  1. Choose cog icon
  2. Click on Confluence Admin
  3. In Confluence Admin, Choose Application Navigator
  4. Remove the tick from Hide check box

For more information about Application Navigator configuration you can refer to this documentation.

Regards,

Saleh

Thanks for the reply Saleh & link to documentation, unfortunately none of our administrators (including me) have access to this 'Confluence Administration' menu item anymore (or the 'Jira administration'). Do you have any other advice?

Click on General Configuration.

Thanks again, sadly our problem remains, setup appears ok:
