Is there a way to change the billing date?

I'd like to change the billing date on my Atlassian payments to the start of the month to match a number of similar expenses.

How do I set that up?

The only problem remaining is that the Advocates advised I need to delete and recreate the account to change the billing date.

Changing your billing date isn't possible.
