Hi all, I have a very old Atlassian Account I was using when I worked for a customer. My account is still active, I would like to use it for other customers/orgs but I cannot locate my current admin first of all to ask for resetting the 2 factor authentication (I lost the key). How should I do that? Thanks!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Atlassian systems do not directly do 2-factor authentication, they plug into commonly used 2FA systems like Google Authentication, Duo, Authy, etc.  Whilst the configuration of an Atlassian Account includes telling it what 2FA system it is going to use, the administration of that 2FA is up to you, or the owners of the account.

As your account is managed, you know the organisation who owns it (the email on the account will be locked to their domain), and they're the ones who will be managing your 2FA as well.  All we can tell you is that you need to talk to the admins of that organisation.
