I need to remove User that has Org & Site Admin rights. Can I transfer the Org rights to me?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Checking the details of your site, I can see that you are already an Org admin.
In case you need to remove the former Org admin, you need to go to admin.atlassian.com where you can see the list of all organizations that you are an admin, then click on the desired organization > Settings > Administrators.
On this page, you can remove the Org admin and add new ones.
