I tried everything, resetting the password, deleting the account and logging in again but I don't get any email from Bitbucket. However I am getting an email from other emails.

This sounds like a problem you should raise with the support team, https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/.
It's possible that the Bitbucket email system has blocked your email.
