How to remove site/team from organization?

I accidentally created an unneeded site under my organization and was wondering how to go about removing it?

To cancel your site evaluation or subscription, follow one of the procedures below:

Hi Ollie,

Thank you for the suggestion!  The associated subscription had previously been canceled but I was wondering if the site can be permanently remove from our Organization.
