How to move Community accounts?

I was laid-off at my previous employer and want to move my account off of that email and update it to my new company. Can this be done or do I just need to start over?

From that page:

Then create a support case using this link with the following information:

  • A link to your original Community profile (the one associated with your company email address) and include the old email address
  • A link to your new Community profile (the one associated with your personal email address) and include the new email address

We typically need to verify that you have control of that old account first.  If you no longer have access to that account, then we need to confirm with an admin from that domain that we have consent to move that account to new address.
