I am having a similar problem. I went through these steps. However, I am not receiving the password reset email. Even in my spam folder.

Checking on our side, I didn't find any blocks or bounces related to your domain.
Are you using the "Continue with Google" option to login?
I see that on the site, your email has a domain that, when adding on Google, redirects to another one. Are you facing issues logging in with the same email you are using here in community or is it another one?
