How to become administrator of my account?

It seens that i am not the administrator of my account.

Hi Vitor,

I have just been investigating in your instance and I see that you have two users, one who has administrator privileges, (created when the instance was created), and the other who doesn't, (created later). Therefore you will need to either login using the user created when you signed up for the instance, or create a ticket with Support so that we can verify your identity and give access to the new user you have created.
