How to access account that I no longer remember the email I used for the account?

I had a bitbucket account from years ago that uses my go-to username.

However, I have no idea which email I used to create that account, likely a work email address that I no longer have access to, but I would like to have my username back but I cant use the username anymore with my new account since the past account is already tied to that username. And I cant login with my username to that old account since the login only accepts email now.

Please help!
