Our JIRA cloud instance just converted to user accounts on Apr 25.
Now, one of the existing users just tried to login for the first time since Apr 25. The login screen told him to look for the user account verification email message. No email has arrived, and it has been 15 minutes. I checked that his email address was right, and that inbound email was being delivered.
