We have an urgent issue with our atlassian account. The only way to reach out to atlassian support is via their customer support service desk. It does not allow us to pick the priority of the issue and has no SLAs. How could I escalate a ticket or reach out to atlassian customer support to take a look at my request urgently?
It's best to reach out to Atlassian support asap and when they respond they can escalate internally based on the information you give them.
Their SLAs for response will depend on whether you're on Premium or standard products.
The sooner you raise an issue the sooner you'll get a response, it's worth being patient though.
Give them as much info as you can and I hope they can resolve your issue really quickly.
