After creating a support case, you should receive an email from our support system confirming the case has been opened. Additional email notifications should contain links to view the issue on the web.
If you'd like to see support cases you've opened with your account, you can also go directly to https://support.atlassian.com/requests/ - our Jira Service Desk portal for support. By default you'll see Open cases, but you can change the filters to see old cases as well.
