How do I check the status of an open Atlassian Support ticket?

I opened a new case via the online form ( How do I check that status of the ticket number the system gave me?

Hello Jason, welcome to the Community!

After creating a support case, you should receive an email from our support system confirming the case has been opened. Additional email notifications should contain links to view the issue on the web.

If you'd like to see support cases you've opened with your account, you can also go directly to - our Jira Service Desk portal for support. By default you'll see Open cases, but you can change the filters to see old cases as well.


TYVM! I was able to find my case with that link. I'm not sure why but the email I received didn't have a link in it.
