I set the primary billing contact to firstname.lastname@example.org like so:
But the person at this contact did not receive anything. Meanwhile, I continue to receive the invoice at email@example.com. firstname.lastname@example.org is not even in my contacts. Instead I have my alternate email email@example.com which is not receiving anything (which is good) but where is it finding firstname.lastname@example.org? And how can I get it to go to email@example.com instead?
