How do I change my account detail visibility?

I am trying to change my account's display name and hide my full name so I can join a Trello board, but I am unable to do so.

I'm looking at my Atlassian account settings in the Profile and visibility page. All of the properties in the About you section except for "Based In" and "Local time" cannot be edited and I can't change the "Who can see this?" option from "Anyone". The dropdown is grayed out and disabled. According to https://confluence.atlassian.com/x/6IS8OQ, I should be able to change these settings (except for public name).

@Kevin S , your organization might be managing your Atlassian account. Please share the snapshot of the profile.

I don't have an organization. I created the account with an email address.
