You can change the password to something random and forget it, after removing any card details etc. Tell "sales at atlassian dot com" that you wish the account to be closed and deactivated as well, then there should be no errors.
But deletion is not possible - Atlassian are required to keep an audit trail for some time, so they won't delete your account until it's been inactive for a while (regulations vary by country, and I don't know what their retention rules are)
