How Can I see what I am being charged for?

I have no way to see what they are charging me for each month?!  I just realized I am being charged 50/month for the last 10 months and I have a bunch of non active users on here...

Hi Tim,

You should get really familiar with Cloud pricing.  See https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/manage-users-and-user-tiers/

Pay close attention to the fine details, such as:

  • Once users are added, they are automatically counted towards billing even if they don't accept your invite or log in.

  • Additional users are automatically counted towards billing even if they don't accept your invite or log in. To learn more about how to invite users, see Invite a user.

  • For a user to not count towards billing, a site admin should delete or remove the user from any synced user directory. To remove a user from a cloud site, see Remove or suspend a user.

Hi @Tim Fanning ,

assuming you have Org/Site admin permissions you can get billing details here...

settings - billing

you should also go to User Management and look for active users. If you feel there is an error please contact Atlassian support and select the Billing option.
