Email change not working

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hi,

I have tried several time to change my email address of my TRELLO account without any success ! 

1) When I enter my new address e-mail it does say that I have already an account with that e-mail address.

2) I login with my new email address in the other account, "that already exist", CREATE the account and  DELETE the account because there is no activity associated to this account

3) login to my first account and enter the new email address (the one that I just deleted in step 2) and it say that I have already received an email for validation.

4) I ask to sent again a Email validation.

5) Receive an email that confirms that I CAN'T CHANGE to the new email address. 

Comments:

On the help center there is no TRELLO Section.

You can't submit a ticket for TRELLO since it's not listed

To open a ticket it does ask you for an Atlassian URL. When you do so it doesn't recognise the URL and you can't submit a ticket !
