Dow to delete Trello but leave other services?

Wojtek Pilwinski February 10, 2022

Hello,

I would like to delete my Trello account.

But when I go here: https://trello.com/your/account

which is recommended here: https://help.trello.com/article/749-deleting-your-trello-account

There I found only option to delete my Atlassian account. But I still want to use other Atlassian services like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc. So I am affraid I will loose all those things.

But I still see the Trello in my application list and it is annoying for me while I am not going to use it anymore.

Hi @Wojtek Pilwinski , Indeedyou have a single Atlassian account that is used for all products. Now I don't have Trello tied to the rest of my Atlassian products so I can't validate that this works for Trello itself but for other atlassian products you can manage your subscription as follows?

  > Site administration > Billing > Manage subscriptions

Great thanks for your reply but unfortunately it doesn't help.

There are only things like Jira Software, Confluence and some third party apps installed.

But for Bitbucket and Trello there is only info like that:

"Can't see all your subscriptions here?

Some of your products may be billed separately."
And there are listed Trello and Bitbucket with links to them.
But when I click Trello link i takes me to my Trello page, and there is no option for changing Trello billing settings. I can only change billing settings for separated Workspaces. ButI've already deleted all workspaces so there is nothing to set.
(I don't know what about Bitbucket while I still love it and want to use, so I haven't even try to remove it)
