Credit card charged, and yet I receive an email to update credit card details

Hi team,

I received an email yesterday evening asking to update payment details since a transaction cannot be processed. However the money has gone from the account. can you check and see what the issue could be?

We're just end-users of the software here, we can't help you with your billing I'm afraid.

You'll need to raise it with billing/accounts - start at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
