I received an email yesterday evening asking to update payment details since a transaction cannot be processed. However the money has gone from the account. can you check and see what the issue could be?

I'm having this issue too. I contact support and they said it declined but I check with my credit card bank, and they said everything seems ok except Atlassian didn't process the amount.
Would you mind sharing me your cause issue? I might have the same case.
