We have in our IT team several members who should be able to add/remove users. This is done by making them a site-admin however site-admins can see other information such as billing which we don't want them to see.
Is there a way to make a user a 'user' or general admin and limit their view rights on other administration sections of the environment.

We're looking for the same thing. A site admin that doesn't have billing access.
