Company was using Confluence on a local network and the following process worked fine.
Within Chrome, I have my PDF documents default behavior set to down load PDFs
(Settings/Privacy and Security/Site Settings/PDF documents)
I added a link to a PDF file http://www.graco.com/bin.findManual?manual=313527
When I then open the link, it will be downloaded as expected.
Switched to a cloud based Confluence, with Chrome, and I’m experiencing the following issue.
When I then open the link, it appears to be being blocked, and will not download.
I’m not getting any errors.
If I Change my PDF documents within the Chrome setting, to Open PDFs in Chrome, it will open in the Chrome PDF Viewer. It works, but it’s not desirable.
