Tried to login from initial email link, asked to make new password right away, says password successfully reset. Tried to log in, failed. Tried to reset password, got email, followed link to reset password, password reset successfully, tried to log in, failed.
Have never been able to log in to my teams OnDemand account
Sean submitted a support ticket and we investigated the problem. It turned out to be that the administrator of the instance had revoked all application access for Sean. Without any application access, he was unable to login.
