Can't submit a support ticket

Hi.

 

I can't submit a support ticket in Atlassian Support. I always get this error message:

I've been trying over the past 2 days always with the same result. Changed the topic of the ticket multiple times as well.

I will escalate to Atlassian.  While we wait for them to get back to you, can you answer a few questions:

  • Have you tried clearing the browsers cache?
  • Have you tried a different browser?

I was able to submit the ticket using Microsoft Edge, I was using Google Chrome previously.
