When I go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ (I'm logged in),
I can fill in the contact form but when I try to submit. I always get the error message:
Something went wrong, please try submitting your request again.
I tried several times, but it's still not working.
I'm using Ubuntu and Firefox 60.9.0esr (64bit)
Anyone else having this issue?
I created a ticket with my mobile phone. There I saw a recapture that was not there in ubuntu. Perhaps this is the problem. With my mobile phone I was able to create the ticket.
I had the same issue today using Chrome browser. In the end I was able to submit my request using Firefox. The difference was that in Firefox there was a reCaptcha widget just above the submit bottom. In Chrome it was missing.
