Can't create an Account with new email address



When signing up to an Atlassian account ( with a new email address (not the one I'm currently logged in as), I'm not getting the verification email.

The email has been setup correctly and it is allowed to receive external emails.

Is there anyone from Atlassian that can help me? it could be that my address is in their bounce list.

Usually emails that are being used for the first time may be marked as SPAM.

Have you checked your SPAM/Junk Email folder?


Hi Eugenio,


there are not in the SPAM/Junk email folder. The email address was new and maybe we attempted to use it before it was fully available.
