Can't add product to managed account

Hi,

I'm trying to add product access to a user account (under managed accounts) but don't appear to have the option as stated in the help page https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/make-changes-to-a-managed-user-account/.

The account is located in Atlassian Access.

Hi @elynda_naru , welcome to the Community!

When looking at managed accounts using the steps listed in the documentation you've linked, you're able to manage/remove product access for products that user currently has access to.

In order to add them to additional products, you'll need to start from that product / Atlassian Cloud site and go to the Users section. From there, you can invite them to the site and add them to any groups. The "Invite a user" document contains full steps for this . There's also information about using SCIM if you'd like to have group memberships automatically grant product access.
