Can I change the name on my main email so my employee who handles our orders can use that one and I will use my email? Can we just use "Sales" rather than a person's name"Thank you!!!

When managing your profile, you can change your full name and public name.
The public name is what appears here in Community, for example, and the Full name is what you and your teammates will see when using a Cloud site.
