We need to reactivate our GSLab Praj account on a monthly basis. Please share the price for the same.

Checking account records, it looks like that site may have been reactivated today. Generally when sites deactivate, it's due to missing or expired payment details. Our system will send emails to all the site administrators and billing contacts when the site is about to deactivate when this is the case.
The email has links to the next-steps to get reactivated, or you can always use admin.atlassian.com to get to the site/billing details for any sites you have administrator permissions on.
In your case, it appears that the site has been reactivated already. Let us know if you have further questions.

You have not told us what application or applications you want to use in your GSLab Praj account, so we can't point you to the relevant pricing pages.
We don't know what you mean by "GSLab Praj" account either.
For reactivating an Atlassian Cloud account, your best bet is to talk to Atlassian, not the Community here (we have no access to administration or billing of other people's Cloud systems). Go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact and select the "billing / payments" option when telling them what you're asking about.
