initializing password

while installing v_Ray 3.60 03 for the first time the installation program  wants me to write my user's name and my password. It doesn't accept my password (incorrect password)

Hi @edna wolko,

Welcome to the Community.

I'll be honest I'm not familiar with v_Ray as a part of the Atlassian suite of products.  But I do know that Atlassian Access is used for security and administration of all Atlassian Cloud products in one centralized location.

Could you please provide a bit more information about what you are trying to do, and if possible could you possibly include some screenshot?

That would be really helpful in understanding what's going wrong.
